As part of our commitment to providing best service all orders over £20.99 are delivered free of cost across Mainland UK. Returns however, are covered by the customer.

DISPATCH TIME & TRACKING:

Items ordered before 3pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day provided all items are in stock. Items ordered Monday to Friday after 3pm will be dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If the payment is received over a public holiday or weekend, please allow for a few more days for your delivery.

Because we offer such a huge range of products, we have multiple warehouses, so it can take a little longer to ship goods to you. We display the expected dispatch time to get your items on their way to you on the product page.

Once it’s arrived with us, we then hand it to our specially chosen courier to get it to you as quick as possible.

Standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Express delivery time is 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch.
