About Our Returns Policy

In compliance with the regulations we at Quick Cleaning Supplies® offer returns for most items within 14 days of receiving the products. To learn more about our return policies please review the details on this page.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days commencing from the day you receive the order. To exercise this right we require you to notify us about your decision to exercise this right before the expiry of the withdrawal period by filling out the Returns and Cancellation Form

If you have received the products, they must be shipped back and returned in no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of filling the form. The products must be in their original packaging and must be un-used and undamaged

If the aforementioned process is followed, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any charges arising from the fact that you selected an alternative method of delivery to the cheapest method of delivery offered by us, where available), at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notification of withdrawal of the contract has been received by us. We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you have submitted proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes earlier.

Return Cost

If you change your mind or want to cancel an order that has already left our warehouse you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please fill out the form below to commence the process.

We will reply within 48hrs with a Return Authorization Number and details of how to return the product(s).
