Contract Formation
For your order to be accepted we must receive payment of the whole of the order placed. The payment of the order represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, acceptance on our part would be indicated by a confirmation email regarding the order placed. The confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract.
Price
The price of the goods are as shown on our website and may change based on the location selected. All prices are exclusive of VAT and if chargeable this will be charged at the appropriate rate ruling at the date of delivery of Goods.
If prices are listed incorrectly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before the item(s) has been dispatched. In such a scenario we will provide the correct price and provide you with the option to be issued a full refund or to proceed with the order. In case we are unable to establish a contact your order will be treated as cancelled
We reserve the right to revise the price(s) of all goods without notifying the customers. We reserve the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
In case you have a demand for a good of different specification we advise you to contact us by email. We will provide you with the rates and will specify the period for which the offer and quoted prices remain valid. We may charge delivery costs which will be charged separately and reflected in the total amount of the order. Availability
All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure our Website reflects the availability of stock, a Product shown on the Website may no longer be available for purchase
Payment Methods & Taxes
We accept the following payment methods in the online shop: Klarna, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, all Debit Cards and PayPal. In case of international shipping we will not be responsible for any customs or import duties imposed once the goods reach your country. If the order is being shipped to a member state of the European Union then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate.
Delivery
Delivery charges are shown in the shopping cart before the actual purchase is made. The delivery time dates communicated by us are approximate only and not of any contractual effect. As part of the Distance Selling Regulations We will not ship out orders that will take 30 days to reach.
Cancellation rights
As part of our compliance with the Distance Selling Regulation you have the legal right to cancel the order in 14 days from the date you receive your product. [1] This does not apply to any orders made according to your specifications or when the total order amount is less than £ 42 [2]. To cancel an order we will have to be notified via email for us to begin processing. You will be issued a refund in 30 days.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract if:
a) we do not deliver to your area
b) the price of the product listed is incorrect
c) We have insufficient stock to fulfill your order
If We choose to cancel your order you will be notified by email and issued a refund within 30 days.

[1] If the order has been dispatched for delivery from our warehouse, we will offer you a full refund for the amount paid provided that the items are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. The cost associated with returning the goods back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.

Collect in store terms
Delivery to stores is free and is subject to stock availability.
Your order may not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or due to circumstances beyond our control.
When the product is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you. Please do not make the journey to store until you have received confirmation from us that the product is ready.
You will need to bring confirmation of order with you when you come to collect the product.
If we have taken payment before your order is accepted, we will refund you using the same method of payment you have used.
